I'm new to this 'blog lark, but I'll give it a whirl. This is where I'll post info about the Prediction League 2011/12. I'll occasionally post some stuff on Facebook too, so if we're friends on there then you'll see that plus my other FB crap too. Expect to see posts on Controvertial Corner too :) Anyway, let's kick this 'blog off with a copy of a post I've already put on CC:......................

Prediction League 2011/12 - it's FREE - the 20 payment is OPTIONAL.
The Millwall Prediction League is ready to go for what will be the league's 9th year! Simply predict on the results of Millwall's league games this season and pit yourself against your fellow supporters. Anyone can enter for FREE, but you can also choose to become a paid up player and stand the chance to win your share of a cash pot and raise money for the Everyman Charity at the same time.

If you want to help Everyman and have a chance to win one of the cash prizes, send 20 via Paypal to lordpiggy@gmail.com. Please remember to add a note with your username. The time to pay is NOW, but the real deadline for payments if 5th August 2011 - No payments should be made after the season kicks off.

For the 2011/12 season, here's where the money goes;
50% - 1st Placed Paid Up Competitor (paid at the end of the 2011/12 season).
20% - 2nd Placed Paid Up Competitor (paid at the end of the 2011/12 season).
25% - Everyman Charity (paid soon after the payments deadline)
5% - to cover Paypal fees, with any excess used towards website upkeep costs.

Details of the monies collected will be posted on here soon after the payments deadline has passed. That will include details of exactly how much the 1st and 2nd placed paid competitor will receive at the end of the season. Proof of payment to Everyman will also be posted on here.

The Prediction League website is ready to go (the important bits have been tested) so start making your predictions NOW. You can add or edit predictions any time up until the game kicks off.
