    Millwall cleared of all charges

After last week’s FA Hearings the decision was announced today that Millwall have been cleared of the 3 charges levelled at us. These were failing to ensure our fans refrained from ‘Violent and threatening behaviour’, ‘racist behaviour’ and ‘Throwing missiles onto the pitch’

W*st h*m meanwhile have 2 charges to answer for failing to control their overweight and slightly grubby looking fans. It’s a shame it took a high priced lawyer to point out the facts as we’ve always understood them but well done to the Chairman for dipping his hands in his pockets yet again to actually defend us rather than just rolling over like previous regimes have done.

W*st h*m will find out their punishment on Friday which is rumoured to include visits from Trinny and Susannah with a lecture on not wearing polyester and Dr Gillian McKeith pointing out why a diet of kebabs isn’t conducive to running across a football pitch.

We should look to retrieve our costs. The FA expected us to roll-over and die (hi Theo), but instead we had the balls to stand up to these cretins. That said, the FA will bide their time and the next time some mong throws a lighter at a linesman, they will shut the ground for 6 weeks.

Surely West Ham should pay our legal fees?

If we cant claim the costs back from the FA we should look to sue them for defamation of character, we have been found not guilty of all charges and the cost of clearing our name should not come out of Millwall's pockets

Fair play to Berylson for not rolling over on this one and giving the FA a legal slap, maybe they'll think again before they jump on the 'let's blame it on Millwall because they can' bandwagon. Should save us any future possible costs due to knee jerk reactions.
